Installation Day

Our professionals arrive on time! The team leader will do a walkthrough so you know the work involved and the time anticipated. For the type of flooring you’re getting, our staff will have covered necessary steps to take before the doorbell rings.

Old flooring might need to be removed; the underlying surface could require additional prep for your new flooring. Our installers know how a surface should appear so it is ready to receive your new flooring. Furniture should be removed, with children and pets avoiding the area during installation.

We’re Neat Freaks

When your flooring installation is complete, we clean up all debris, remove the old flooring from your home and leaving it spotless. To keep your flooring looking as good as it does on installation day, please follow care instructions and have consistent, professional cleanings with carpet. Warranties typically are contingent on following proper care guidelines.
