Quote Validity

Our quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. After this period, prices may be subject to change.

Scope of Work

The scope of work outlined in the quote includes only the specific products and services mentioned. While we strive to anticipate all possible scenarios, unforeseen circumstances may arise. For instance, additional sub-floor preparation needs may only become apparent after removing the existing floor. Any extra preparation required will incur an additional fee. Though rare, we are fully prepared to manage these surprises with you.

Project Duration

The timelines and completion dates provided are our best estimates. We are dedicated to adhering to these timelines as closely as possible. However, we ask for your understanding in case of unforeseen delays or material availability issues. These situations do not qualify for compensation, but we commit to keeping you informed and diligently working to minimize disruptions.

Payment

We do not require any initial deposit. Full payment is due upon project completion and can be made via cash or check.

Warranty

We proudly stand by our work, offering a one-year labor warranty on all installations from the date of completion.Beyond this period, we cannot cover labor under warranty. If there are any concerns with the installation, we need to assess the situation ourselves before addressing any warranty claims.. We encourage you to reach out with any issues — our priority is your complete satisfaction with our work.

Floor-Op

Our cooperative with Calhoun's, named "Floor-Op," is designed to provide a smooth purchase and installation experience for your flooring needs. Recognizing that Calhoun's and our company are separate entities is crucial. As such, at Floor-Op, we bear sole responsibility for executing our work, including installation, craftsmanship, and post-installation services. This arrangement does not impinge on your rights under applicable laws or affect any manufacturer's warranty on materials purchased from Calhoun's.
